Who we are
A cross-disciplinary group of Cambridge engineers, clinicians, and academics with deep experience in imaging AI and clinical deployment. After years of collaborative research, we founded Lucin to translate that work into real-world impact.

What we do
We built Lucin Guardian, a PACS-native AI agent for abdominal opportunistic screening on routine CT. It acts as a second reader: automatically reviewing every study on ingress, highlighting subtle, often asymptomatic hazards, and bumping flagged exams up the worklist, so radiology teams can intervene earlier without extra clicks.

Why it matters
Clinically silent disease is too often missed until it’s visible in retrospect, adding many months to diagnosis. This is made worse by backlog delays. Our aim is simple: no diagnosis left behind. By catching what isn’t being looked for, we help reduce missed findings, shorten time-to-diagnosis, and improve outcomes.
